We are seeking an organised, proactive and motivated Strategy Delivery Coordinator to support the effective delivery of Cornwall’s Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence (DASV) and Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWG) Strategy.
Working at the heart of a multi‑agency system, you will play a key role in co‑ordinating strategic projects, supporting specialist reviews, assisting commissioning activity, and ensuring partners work together to improve outcomes for adults, children and families affected by abuse and violence. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys varied work, working with partners, managing complex information, and playing a pivotal part in improving community safety and wellbeing.

This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
This position will be subject to a enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
Working Pattern
This is a full time post at 37 hours a week but part‑time and/or flexible working options would be considered.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Knowledge and experience in the area of DASV, VAWG and complex needs and the relevant legislation
* Knowledge and experience in successful partnership and multiagency working and meetings, efficient note‑taker and excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in the use of IT and ability to maintain a sophisticated digital information‑sharing platform and manage social media messages
* Demonstrates experience of producing data for performance management reports
* Demonstrates sufficient knowledge and skill to examine, interpret and extract information and organise it in an appropriate format for analysis
* Has knowledge of good customer care and applies it in all day to day activities, including dealing with customers on the telephone and communicating with a wide range of people
* Experience of working as part of a team, demonstrating an ability to work on own initiative but also to accept direction and supervision, managing and prioritising workload
* Experience of undertaking research to effectively present information to others
* High attention to detail and accuracy, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and understanding of safeguarding principles and confidentiality
* NVQ4 or equivalent in relevant subject
The normal duties of the role may involve travel on a regular or occasional basis. It is a condition of employment that the role holder can exercise satisfactory travel mobility in order to fulfil the obligations of the role. For those journeys where an alternative form of transport is unavailable or impracticable the role holder will be required to provide a suitable vehicle.
