Guaranteed hours Weekly pay Immediate start available Training provided Temp to perm opportunity Easily accessible Canteen with vending machines and various amenities Free parking Day to Day Duties Duties of the Production Line Leader will include, but won't be limited to, the following: Operate packing machinery and production lines Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards Effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI) Effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly basis Adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures Any other reasonable tasks, as per Shift Manager's request Essential Skills To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following: Experience working on a production line or in a similar role Organizational and leadership abilities.
