This Architecture practice employs more than 120 architects, designers and creative professionals across three studios. Teams collaborate across architecture, interior design, urban design, landscape architecture and visualisation to deliver integrated project solutions.
The practice has developed strong sector expertise across commercial, defence, residential, education and sport and leisure developments. Specialist teams work across all RIBA stages, combining design creativity with technical expertise to deliver complex projects successfully.
Sport and leisure developments form a major part of the studio portfolio. Projects include leisure centres, aquatic facilities, community sports campuses and recreation hubs for public sector clients and private operators across the UK.
Collaboration is central to the studio culture. Architects and technologists work closely together from the earliest stages of design to ensure concepts remain practical and deliverable throughout construction.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead technical delivery of sport and leisure projects from detailed design to completion
2. Manage project teams and coordinate consultants across multiple disciplines
3. Produce and oversee coordinated drawing packages within Revit and BIM workflows
4. Manage project programmes, deliverables and technical coordination
5. Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors
6. Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and technical requirements
7. Review design information to ensure buildability and construction quality
8. Support mentoring and development of junior architectural team members

Skills & Experience Required
9. ARB registered Architect with strong technical delivery experience
10. Experience delivering large scale projects within sport and leisure or similar sectors
11. Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM led design environments
12. Strong understanding of specifications, materials and construction methods
13. Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate consultant teams
14. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
15. Strong communication and leadership skills
16. Collaborative approach to project delivery and problem solving
Candidates should demonstrate confidence leading technical delivery while managing relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
Salary & Benefits
17. £45,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience
18. Hybrid working with up to two days remote working per week after probation
