Job Description
As IFA Administrator, you will join an experienced team, and be responsible for:
3. Processing new business applications
4. Preparing client packs for meetings, as well as client review list for advisers
5. Preparing client valuations and supporting documentation
6. Preparing cases for paraplanning
7. Ensuring letters of authority requests are sent on time
8. Providing an efficient and effective administration service
9. Processing dealing instructions and new business applications
10. Obtaining valuations and assisting in producing update reports
11. Monitoring and chasing up applications and other transactions across various platforms and providers
12. Processing client instructions and dealing with any queries or issues
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
13. Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm ideally
14. Strong work ethic and good attitude
15. Strong administration skill set with a high level of attention to detail
16. Great communication skills
17. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
18. Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
