Your Purpose The Systems Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality performance of Molson Coors and contract production through meticulous data analysis and compliance with QA AOP departmental budgets. This role involves raising and receiving orders related to site compliance activities and audits, as well as investigating financial postings to identify and correct errors. Key Responsibilities • Quality Performance Information: Provide detailed quality performance information on Molson Coors and contract production. • Data Analysis: Analysis of data to ensure compliance with QA AOP departmental budgets. • Order Management & Auditing: Raise and receive orders pertaining to site compliance activities and audits. • Financial Investigation: Investigate financial postings to identify and correct errors. • QMS Document Control: Maintain and govern the QMS document control system. • Supplier Complaints Database: Process the brewery supplier complaints database. • Packaging Waste Management: Generate and compile packaging waste information for submission to the Environment Agency and respond to internal and external packaging waste inquiries. • Quality and Food Safety Improvement: Use internal audits to enhance the organization's quality and food safety capabilities, ensuring products meet high standards of authenticity and food defence.
