Service Desk Engineer
MSP - Central London
Up to £30,000
Are you a confident Service Desk Engineer with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment? Do you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and want to be part of a company that truly supports your growth?
We’re working with a leading MSP based in Central London that’s looking for a proactive and ambitious Service Desk Engineer to join their support team.
Key Responsibilities:
* MSP background essential - you're used to a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Familiarity with ticketing tools like ConnectWise or similar RMM/PSA platforms
* A can-do attitude with a passion for IT support and customer service
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Key Requirements:
* MSP - Experience 1 year
* Microsoft 365 Suite
* Windows 10/11, Active Directory
* ConnectWise (or similar service desk tool)
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs - basic level)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proactive and can do attitude
* Real team player qualities
