About This Role
We are seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to make a difference!
Your Responsibilities
* Support various branch locations by stepping in when a banker or teller is unavailable.
* Adapt to changing priorities and environments while meeting customer needs.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
* Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
* Exercise judgment within defined policies while receiving direction from managers.
* Understand bank products and services to effectively connect with customer needs.
* Provide options for bank products and services tailored to customer requirements.
* Refer customers to other bankers and partners as necessary.
* Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
* Strong customer service focus with experience in handling complex transactions.
* Proven ability to engage customers proactively via phone or email.
* Experience in educating customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Ability to foster strong customer relationships and collaborate with team members.
* Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
* Relevant military experience is a plus.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the district.
* Commute to assigned locations for branch assignments (mileage reimbursement provided).
* Availability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Maintain cash drawer and handle cash balancing as needed.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
* SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.
