Overview
Senior Sales Agent role at Radius. The role is in the HGV market and involves providing fuel card solutions to our largest customers and managing a high profile portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Achieve set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
* Win new business via cold prospecting.
* Manage your full customer base, maintaining, nurturing and growing volume and profit.
* Construct, present and close larger, more complex sales propositions.
* Conduct detailed fact-find and discovery meetings to understand your customer’s needs.
* Work strategically to understand our customer base including size, turnover, key stakeholders and business strategy.
* Gain customer referrals to support both business and customer-based growth.
Qualifications
* A positive, ambitious and dedicated approach to achieving targets and delivering best in class service to customers.
* Proven to be excellent at self sourcing for new business as well as working with company supplied data.
* Ability to manage and set clear expectations to customers – always looking to exceed expectations.
* A self motivated, role model individual with the ability to time manage effectively.
