Job Title: Home Manager - Residential Mental Health Care Home Salary: £35,000 - £40000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, Permanent Service Type: Residential Care Home Capacity: 22 Beds About the Role We're looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well-established 22-bed residential care home that supports adults with a wide range of needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in managing a stable service. Our home provides care and support for people living with: Mental health conditions Dementia Learning disabilities and autism Physical and sensory impairments Alcohol and substance misuse issues People detained under the Mental Health Act Older people in need of permanent or respite care We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred, compassionate care in a warm and supportive environment.
