You will be responsible for the stability of critical environmental factors—including temperature, humidity, pressure, and air changes—ensuring they remain within the strict regulatory specifications required for research. Package - the role comes with a strong basic salary, an electric vehicle and comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Environmental Stability: Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance services, using BMS data and mechanical expertise to diagnose any out-of-specification environmental changes. Performance Analysis: Driving the analysis of M&E asset performance to ensure the current and future availability and reliability of the research environment. Problem Resolution: Working closely with maintenance teams to form remediation plans and ensure solutions are provided within set timeframes.
