Job Role:
As a Marketing Executive, reporting to the Framework Director, your objective is to create and deliver effective marketing content and campaigns that drive inbound business in line with internal timelines. You will refine SEO, optimise web pages, and support the sales function by generating actionable leads through high-quality digital marketing activity. This is a full-time, in-person role - no hybrid or remote working.
Responsibilities:
* Creating engaging written, visual, and digital content across multiple platforms.
* Designing and executing marketing campaigns to generate qualified inbound interest.
* Refining SEO strategy to improve visibility and lead capture.
* Managing and updating website pages, ensuring content is optimised and up to date.
* Supporting the sales team by converting inbound activity into actionable leads.
* Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategy and delivery.
* Aligning marketing activity with business objectives and agreed timelines.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 2 years proven Digital Marketing experience.
* Experience in SEO, content creation, and campaign management.
* B2B marketing knowledge with a consultative, data-driven approach.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate leads.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proficiency with marketing tools, web analytics, and CRM systems.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to develop new skills.
