11. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a section of the team, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
12. You’ll also have an understanding of all hotel services, taking note of any guests requests and requirements, and help to deliver these

14. You will check all bedrooms, corridors and areas within your section, to ensure they are cleaned to a high standard
