Facilities Administrator\nPenicuik-based role | fully based on-site\nFull Time hours | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm\nOngoing Temp role for a minimum of 4 weeks | likely to go longer\nPay rate up to £14.50 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience)\n\nSearch Consultancy are delighted to be partnered exclusively with a leading business in Midlothian to recruit this role on an ongoing Temp basis during a period of transition for the company.\n\nThe successful candidate will be working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager for the business and will be responsible for providing comprehensive Facilities & Property Administration support across the business.\n\nDuties involved in this role will include:\n* Dealing with all contractors coming to site, signing them in, directing them to offices & ensuring work is carried out correctly\n* Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are in place & have been checked\n* Organising keys & access for contractors \n* Carrying out floor-walks to check for issues\n* Following up on issue reports, taking photos of issues & reporting in an appropriate manner\n* Liaising with the Senior FM to coordinate and facilitate contractors\n* Taking meter readings when required\n* Carrying out a variety of other Facilities & Admin duties as & whe...
