Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Contract Sales Representative to join our London team!
We are seeking a Contract Sales Representative to join our International Sales team. The purpose of this role is to drive sales within the London accounts identified as being the top accounts by the Sales Leadership team and work closely with the global Contract Leadership team to identify opportunities for PJ Contract. This role will report to our UK Sales Manager.
What you will be doing:
Sales Revenue:
* Deliver revenue goals set by the Sales leadership team.
Sales Pipeline:
* Project Manage client opportunities from identification to successful delivery
* Enter, and maintain the sales pipeline in PJs choice of CRM
* Working on custom projects as an expert
Industry Events:
* Act as a PJ Contract Ambassador at industry events
* When required attend leadership events in place of Intl Contract Leaders
* Make recommendations of future events to Intl Contract leaders
Contract Strategy:
* Support creating a SWOTT for PJ Contract UK
* Report the success of PJ Contract strategy
* Use analytical tools to identify opportunities in PJ Contract processes
* Make recommendations for new contract sales strategy
Must have:
* 2+ years' sales experience
* Design Industry Selling experience preferred
* Customer-centric mentality
* Experience selling, tracking and reporting on a multiple project pipeline
* Well versed with ERP/CRM systems
* Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent time management and follow-up skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Strong attention to details
* Keen interest and appreciation for luxury products and interior design
* Experience selling tracking and reporting on multiple project pipelines
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kilograms
* BA degree preferred
