Note: This role may be based in London, Ipswich or Cheltenham. Onsite (Office- based 5 days per week). Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be eligible to obtain DV Clearance before starting this role. You will need to have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the maintenance of existing IT infrastructure. This could include:
o System administration tasks
o Automating repeated manual tasks
o Troubleshooting issues
o System health monitoring
o Developing monitoring solutions to identify system inefficiencies
o Patching vulnerabilities
* Be hands on in the transformation/modernisation of existing infrastructure, or creation of new. This could include:
o Evaluating new technologies against requirements
o Developing proof of concepts
o Using your expertise to support the system architecture design
* Identify and contribute to the improvement of inefficient ways of working
* Actively contribute and engage in knowledge sharing activities
* Engage with and support users of the Platform
