What You’ll Do Lead & Deliver: Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT work-packages, ensuring every milestone delivers real value. Drive Excellence: Champion best practices in agile delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Build Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers, quickly resolving challenges and aligning delivery with strategic goals. Transition & Support: Plan seamless service transitions, ensuring outputs are fully supported in live operations and documentation is always top-notch. Inspire & Communicate: Chair project and Scrum meetings, coordinate across business units, and be the go-to person for securing resources and managing delivery capacity. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of delivering medium-to-large scale technology projects. Stakeholder savvy: Confident engaging with senior business users and external partners. Technical know-how: Solid grounding in development, systems integration, or technical project management. Project management certification (APM or PRINCE2 Practitioner) or willingness to achieve it. Financial acumen: Experience managing budgets, risks, and commercial relationships.
