About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our supportive school team. You’ll work alongside teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral leaders to support students’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and learning.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 or small-group support for students with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs
* Assisting in the delivery of behaviour support plans
* Helping students with focus, motivation, and emotional regulation
* Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
* Collaborating with staff and parents to support student progress

* Psychology degree or currently studying psychology (or related subject)
* Genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
* Strong communication and empathy skills
* Reliable, patient, and adaptable attitude
