Connect Office Supplies is a local, family‑run office supplies dealer providing next‑day, business‑to‑business delivery of office equipment and consumables. We supply a wide range of products including office stationery, office furniture, PPE, first aid supplies, facilities products, workwear, inks & toners, business machines, rubber stamps, promotional items and personalised print.
We are looking for aconfident, self‑motivated and hard‑working Telesales & Office Admin to join our small, friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position where sales, customer service and admin all play an important part in the day‑to‑day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own account base, building strong relationships with existing customers.
* Increase sales through proactive account development and excellent customer service.
* Prospect for new business via outbound calls, email outreach and follow‑ups.
* Confidently make sales calls to meet agreed targets and KPIs.
* Provide product advice, quotations and support to customers.
Administration & Office Support
* Handle general office administration including data entry, filing, order processing and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Support with purchasing tasks such as raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and checking stock availability.
* Assist with paperwork, invoicing, and other routine admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
* Contribute to customer service duties, including answering calls and responding to enquiries.
* Pitch in with general office duties — from making the occasional cup of tea to helping tidy up at the end of the day (everyone does their bit, even the boss!).

What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) plus commission.
* Monday‑Friday, 9.00am -5.00pm (full time) OR 9.30am - 3.00pm (part‑time).
