This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a supportive team and work on a varied caseload of property transactions.
The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will:
* Manage your own caseload of residential property matters efficiently and cost-effectively
* Handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
* Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Process matters in a timely and commercially focused manner
* Meet agreed fee income targets and demonstrate commercial awareness
* Support and assist in the development of assistants and paralegals
* Handle client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by telephone
* Use web-based case management systems effectively
* Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a minimum of 3 years\' PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer
* Has a proven track record as a Residential Property Fee Earner
* Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills
* Is IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems
* Is commercially astute and understands the impact of business targets
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is proactive, reliable and able to work effectively within a team
