What youll do:
* Manage stock and maintain quality standards across your pub
* Lead opening and closing procedures
* Motivate the team, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of service
* Ensure excellent training for new team members and continuously improve team performance
* Uphold the groups brand and reputation in every aspect of operations
Skills and experience were looking for:
* A positive, can:do attitude with a passion for hospitality
* Strong understanding of the pub/restaurant industry and market competitors
* Leadership skills with proven experience managing teams
* Dedication to excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
* Ability to deliver and maintain the groups brand standards
