Graduate Teaching Assistant – Aspiring Primary Teacher

Academics are working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Slough, seeking enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to support classroom learning and gain valuable, hands-on experience.

About the Role:
* Support class teachers across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning
* Gain invaluable experience ahead of a PGCE, School Direct or teacher training programme
About You:
* A recent graduate (any subject considered, but core subjects highly desirable)
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Live in Slough or within commutable distance
* Aspiring to train as a Primary Teacher in the future
* Confident, proactive and willing to learn
* Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, volunteering, summer camps) is advantageous
Location: Slough
Salary: £89–£95 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
