Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a caseload of 25 students, addressing individual needs and goals.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on prehensive assessments and student progress.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive environment conducive to learning.
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
* Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals in facilitating effective interventions.
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Certification of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) status.
* Proficiency in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders within a K-12 context.
* Strong interpersonal and munication skills to engage effectively with students and families.
* Flexibility to work part-time, with a schedule split between middle school and 2nd grade.
