The minimum requirements needed are (in addition to demonstrating your right to work in the UK):
Permanent UK residency or indefinite leave to remain in the UK; and continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years; and A current valid passport

The ability to handle a variety of calls with resilience and determination.
Basic computer skills such as navigating between systems and switching between
different applications.
Flexibility, great attendance, and good time keeping making sure you're available for our customers when they need you most.
Provide a world class customer service
Ability to understand the costumer's needs
Provide resolution at first point of contact, building trust Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Generally, 10 days

08.00am
8.00pm Monday - Friday
09.00am - 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday
Typically working 5 days over 7, with options for condensed hours working 4 longer days over 7
