Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager, primarily based in our head office in Coventry but with some work-from-home opportunities making it a hybrid role. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to networking and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
