As the first point of contact for residents contacting us, you will provide professional and responsive support across a wide range of service areas, including repairs, leasehold services, rents, estate facilities and general customer enquiries Ideally, you will have worked with housing repairs and are confident using the Northgate system This is initially a fully office based role, with some hybrid working available after a 2 week training programme You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.
