Position Details
* Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
* Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
* Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Delivery of production plans.
* Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment).
* Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate).
* Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours.
* Encourage teamwork and help train new starters.
* Meet required standards around specifications and quality.
* Professional around people management; efficient and effective use of labour.
* Manage, monitor and improve line performance.
* Support new starters, offering help where required.
