Based on the edge of Tyrone and Armagh, we are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team here at The Ryandale. As a Receptionist, you will contribute to the first impression, greeting our guests and ensuring all their needs are met.
You must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Taking, amending and dealing with accommodation, restaurant and function bookings.
* Assisting with admin tasks as required by management.
* Dealing with guests queries, and giving advice on the local area.
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
* Liaising with Housekeeping department.
* You will deal with the payment of guest bills, transactions and check-in, check-out procedures and ensure all queries and requests are dealt with satisfactorily.
* It helps if applicants have flexible working availability. E.g. Day, evenings & weekends
Qualifications and requirements
* High proficient in the English language both spoken and written
* Excellent administrative skills
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Excellent customer relations
* High level of IT proficiency including Microsoft Office packages
* Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Salary will depend on previous experience.
