Job Summary
As part of the Rocket crew, you’ll be the face of Krispy Kreme — welcoming customers, serving fresh treats with a smile, and keeping the caravan clean, stocked, and ready to go. This outdoor role includes lone working, so you’ll need to feel confident managing the store independently in all kinds of weather. All applicants must be 18 or over. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
* Run the shift front and centre; serve customers, boost sales, and keep everything safe, clean, and on point.
* Guide and build the team, keep energy buzzing and hands‑on with till, drinks, and product packaging.
* Perform stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and support the manager as the head of the store when required.
Qualifications
* Experience running a retail floor or ready to step into this leadership role.
* People‑first, customer‑obsessed attitude with a focus on good vibes.
* Strong teamwork, ownership, and proactive action.
* Full flexibility and availability on weekends, weekdays.
* Energy, reliability, a great work ethic, and willingness to learn.
