Overview
Carpenter / Joiner role at TieTalent (permanent, full-time). Based from Albion Works, Long Leys Road, Lincoln, LN1 1DU, working with the Grimsby R&M team to deliver responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties.
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to undertake a variety of carpentry and joinery repairs and maintenance work, using a handheld device to receive and complete tasks with training provided. You will work safely and efficiently to achieve excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties
* Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work
* Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided)
* Work safely and in line with best practice to deliver high-quality results on time
About You / Qualifications
* City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent (or working towards)
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety
* Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
* CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (or working towards) and a passion for high-quality repairs
* Punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant (drills, breakers)
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for a minimum of 12 months; company vehicle provided for work use
MSPS supports employee training and development and may assist with obtaining qualifications if you have relevant core-trade experience but lack the formal qualification.
