About Us:
Join an established design and build M&E Building Services Contractor, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors. They are committed to innovation, excellence, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will work across a variety of projects and sectors, such as healthcare, education, residential, stadiums, offices and hotels valued at up to £25 million, within a large design team of 20 designers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design of mechanical projects, designing HVAC and plumbing systems
* Utilise design software such as, IES, H2X, Revit and AutoCAD
* Work across RIBA stages 2-7
* Carry out site visits and surveys
* Assist with the training of more junior staff
What you'll need to succeed
* Over 5 years UK experience within a building services consultancy or contractor
* Experience working as a Senior Engineer and running your own jobs
* Good communication and technician skills
