Job Specific Education Required:
Qualified in a skilled discipline Engineering, Welding, R&I etc with significant field experience.
Proven experience in providing training, coaching, or teaching technical skills to specified schedule and budget.
Certifications such as CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management), CIPD.
Instructional Design credentials or assessor or verification qualificaitons
Previous experience in having accredited training programs.

WorkExperienceRequired:
Strong technical expertise in energy industry operational requirements particularly within Oil & Gas, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors.
Strong technical knowledge e.g. welding codes and standards.

Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning platforms a plus.
