Allstaff Finance & Accountancy Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Finance Officer.
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced accounts professional to join a well established company based in Clydebank.
Working closely with management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across this growing company. Responsibilities include:
Maintain accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Preparation of VAT returns
Support payroll processing and staff timesheet management
Credit control
Prepare monthly reports and financial statements
Ensuring clear audit trail and liaising with accountants for year end statutory accounts for all entities
Project work and the implementation of new accounting software
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping, accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
A positive outlook
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience using cloud-based accounting systems
Advantageous to have used Reviso or Visma online accounting system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
