Commercial Assistant, flexible working environment. 6 month FTC.
To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Central Services team here at SOCOTEC. With over 1800 UK employees our Central Service functions are key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT we pride ourselves of partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers.
We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant within our Infrastructure Division to help deliver the following:
* Generating applications for payment
* Issuing monthly accounts data
* Resolving disputes and assisting with queries
* Working with credit control time to facilitate timely payment of applications
Role

* An understanding of accounts processes and application for payments
* Fantastic organisational skills and logical thinking
* Experience of Elite, Sage and Microsoft Excel would be an advantage but not essential
