Training and Education Manager – Embassy of Beauty

About the Role
This role is ideal for an accomplished beauty professional with in-depth skincare expertise and a passion for education. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering exceptional training across our clinic, e-commerce platform and retail partners, ensuring product knowledge and treatment standards reflect the highest level of luxury skincare excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Training Execution & Development
* Deliver all product and treatment training across all Embassy of Beauty brands for in-house therapists, internal retail teams and external partner accounts.
* Demonstrate and evaluate advanced facial techniques and treatment protocols to ensure consistent, expert-level execution within the therapist team.
* Create an engaging learning environment to motivate, inspire and build confidence across all teams.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of all formulations, protocols and brand philosophies.
Education Strategy & Content
* Maintain training materials to ensure all product, treatment and brand information is accurate, clear and consistent.
* Create educational content for all new brand and product launches
* Partner with Marketing, Retail and Leadership teams to align education with business goals and brand messaging
Partner & Retail Support
* Train Biologique Recherche retail teams at Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Liberty and regional partner accounts nationwide
* Support partner teams with ongoing product education, treatment updates and sales training
* Build strong, long-term relationships with external partners to uphold brand standards and ensure commercial success
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in training or education within luxury skincare, spa or professional beauty
• Qualified and experienced facialist or beauty therapist with extensive skincare knowledge
• Confident presenter with exceptional communication skills and an engaging training style
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously
• Collaborative and proactive, with a passion for sharing expertise and developing others
• Understanding of luxury retail environments and client experience
