Description The Fleet Support role will support our Devonport transport and logistics operations across road, rail, and shipping. This is a hands-on, Monday–Friday role providing administrative and operational support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient transport services. Key Responsibilities Daily support to transport schedulers and logistics operations Managing overflow fleet phone calls and general fleet enquiries Data entry and system updates (CBS, Tollworks, Oracle) Monitoring driver timesheets for fatigue and mass management compliance Supporting fleet maintenance coordination with internal teams and suppliers Assisting with safety activities, toolbox talks, and OHS compliance Providing leave cover across logistics administration and container control teams Skills And Experiences About You Experience in logistics, transport, or fleet support (highly regarded) Understanding of heavy vehicle compliance, Chain of Responsibility, and OHS Strong organisational, time management, and data accuracy skills Confident communicator and cooperative team player Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented Desirable Exposure to rail and shipping operations Experience in unionised environments Strong computer literacy and logistics systems knowledge Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
