This is an opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Manager to take ownership of EH&S performance at a fast-growing, premium food manufacturing site in West London.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll play a central role in shaping a proactive safety culture, driving environmental performance, and embedding best-in-class standards across both factory and office environments. This role offers the chance to influence at all levels while supporting a business undergoing significant growth and operational development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and embed a positive EH&S culture, acting as a visible and influential member of the site leadership team
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, maintaining robust management systems
* Drive continuous improvement through audits, inspections, and performance data, turning insight into action
* Lead incident, near-miss, and risk management processes, ensuring thorough investigation and effective corrective actions
* Partner with operational teams to implement safe systems of work and influence behavioural change
* Oversee environmental performance, including energy, waste, and sustainability initiatives
* Deliver EH&S training and coaching to build capability and ownership across the site
* Manage key safety systems, including contractor control, emergency planning, and regulatory reporting

* Proven EH&S leadership experience within food manufacturing or a similar high-risk environment
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
