About the role:
You will form part of a small, collegiate team of in-house legal professionals. You will provide legal advice and support to all areas of the business for the full cradle-to-grave lifecycle of rolling stock asset management. This role will give you the opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas.
What will you be doing?
* Providing practical and timely legal advice in connection with the procurement, leasing, maintenance, operation, refurbishment, insurance, and disposal of rolling stock.
* Structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
* Working within multidisciplinary project teams on diversification, acquisition and growth opportunities across the business.
* Identifying, understanding and mitigating both legal and commercial risk.
What do we need from you?
* 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
* A background in asset leasing / finance.
* Experience in commercial contracts would be beneficial.
