NHS Highland / Cowal Community Hospital
Rural Emergency Practitioner, 40 Hours per week, full-time or negotiable for part-time/shared working.
Responsibilities / What you’ll do
Drawing on the success of Rural Practitioner models in other areas of Highland, several posts including a clinical lead role and a sexual health role are available to create a dynamic team to integrate, lead and innovate the delivery of high quality services for the Cowal Community.
You have the opportunity to make a difference, have your say, help design, shape and facilitate the services in this period of reform. We are looking for GPs who want a hands-on, varied, challenging, stimulating and vital role who can embrace a level of responsibility beyond that of an urban GP and find satisfaction in serving a close-knit community.
You will contribute to establishing, developing and leading services focused on rural health needs, wellbeing and patient access.

Dunoon, Cowal and Argyll’s secret coast, Scotland.
