The Role - Electrical Tutor & Assessor
As an Electrical Tutor & Assessor, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality vocational training and assessments to a diverse group of learners. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of electricians, helping them gain the skills and confidence to succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilities - Electrical Tutor & Assessor
1. Deliver and assess Electrical qualifications up to Level 3
2. Support and mentor learners through their training journey
3. Prepare and adapt learning materials to suit individual learner needs
4. Maintain accurate learner records and progress reports
5. Work collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic training team
Essential Skills & Experience - Electrical Tutor & Assessor
6. Fully qualified Level 3 Domestic Electrician with at least 5 years of industry experience
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
9. Good standard of English, Maths & ICT
10. Excellent time management and organisational skills
11. Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to undertake staff training
Desirable (Training Provided if Required)
12. Qualified Assessor (TAQA/A1/D32/D33)
13. Recognised Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, AET, etc.)
14. 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing qualifications
