Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced French Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner (T2-I) to join Mars Global Services, specifically supporting the high-volume recruitment needs of the Royal Canin division (focused on pet health, research, and science).
This is a critical 6-month contract role designed to manage a spike in volume across the Benelux region, requiring a dedicated 360-degree recruiter.

The role requires a moderate to extensive knowledge in Talent Acquisition, performing a range of assignments with accountability for core recruitment processes.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment : You will handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, including talent evaluation, candidate screening, testing / ranking, and providing detailed feedback to candidates and managers.
