We are looking to recruit an internal salesperson for our client based in the Black Country.

The role:
You will be the first point of contact to all incoming customers.
Quoting new orders and processing online.
Operating within the business sales and profitability goals.
Taking queries and orders from online requests.
Processing quotes and orders via inhouse SAP system
Receive, review and communicate and queries, additions, complaint to relevant departments
Obtain accurate shipping dates from logistics companies and shipping contractors
Offering technical information to existing clients to generate increased business.
The successful person:
Will have extensive previous experience within an internal or external sales role
You will have excellent knowledge and work history from a metals or fastenings industry
Be highly self motivated to succeed in line with business objectives
Have excellent communication and IT skills
A strong team work ethic leave no person behind. Support is everything!
