Salary: Staring from £56,000 (depending on skills & experience)
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing project delivery across a portfolio of Submarine In-Service Support projects
Leading a high performing team to ensure project delivery in-line with time, cost and quality
Securing new work scopes and contracts through bid management
Managing MoD/Industry customers and BAE stakeholders through excellent stakeholder management
Ensuring project funding is secured and managed
Acting as the CAM (Control Account Manager) for several projects
Delivering business and customer reporting obligations
Ensuring Lifecycle Management (LCM) obligations are met across the portfolio
Collaborating with other projects across the In-Service Support stream and wider Submarine support streams
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
Project Management and Controls experience, including applying lifecycle management governance, EVM and project planning methodologies
Bid Management experience
Excellent stakeholder management (internal & external) with ability to influence decisions
Recognised Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience
Desirable:
Support Service delivery experience

The In-Service Submarine Support t eam:
Join a team at the heart of a national endeavour - improving the capability and availability of in-service Submarines in direct support of the Royal Navy. You will directly support the UK's nuclear continuous at sea deterrent and nuclear attack in-service Submarine programmes and gain exceptional exposure across the business and working with diverse stakeholders.
