We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing beauty and haircare company that has recently launched across the UK’s biggest retail and beauty stores. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Marketing Manager to drive retail marketing activations, build strong partner relationships, and deliver impactful campaigns across the UK market.

Responsibilities
* Communicate and manage the annual retail marketing calendar, ensuring launches, sets, sampling, PR, media, and education are maximised.
* Coordinate retailer launch calendars and provide post-launch analysis.
* Develop and implement marketing plans to balance brand awareness with sales-driving initiatives.
* Create promotional strategies and Gift With Purchase (GWP) programmes tailored to each retailer.
* Deliver engaging in-store activations and 360° marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
* Maximise brand visibility through retailer e-commerce platforms, CRM, and social channels.
* Lead permanent in-store updates, including fixtures, roll-outs, and merchandising guidelines.
* Analyse and improve POS materials, ensuring cost efficiency and brand consistency.
* Organise and facilitate retailer training sessions on product launches and brand values.
* Manage the trade marketing budget, project deadlines, and collateral production.
* Work closely with sales, demand planning, and global marketing teams to align strategies.
* Build strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and store visits.
Experience Requirements
* Background in trade marketing, ideally within the haircare, beauty, or wellness industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate across stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset, confident in working with numerical data and reporting.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team.
