Job Details
Oversee the operational delivery of the Property Maintenance service, including property inspections, responsive repairs, planned improvements, minor building projects, void property turnaround, and out-of-hours standby.
Ensure the Property Maintenance trading activity remains financially viable by optimizing labour, plant, and material resources for efficient delivery across all main service functions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through professional and high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
Assist the Service Manager in allocating and monitoring the HRA repairs and Property Maintenance trading activity budgets.

Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Housing, Surveying, Built Environment, Facilities Management, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies gained through management experience in building maintenance, construction, or facilities management.
Driving Licence: A full current driving licence is desirable.
Level 1 Disclosure Clearance: Required for access to the Public Sector Network. The council will facilitate the disclosure process; receipt of the certificate is required before starting.
Additional Notes: If you have lived or worked outside the UK for more than 3 months in the last 5 years, an overseas criminal record check will be required. Details can be found on GOV.UK.
