Key Responsibilities
:
1. Managing a caseload of pre-litigation EL/PL claims from inception to settlement
2. Investigating liability, causation, and quantum
3. Reviewing medical evidence and expert reports
4. Drafting correspondence and settlement negotiations
5. Providing accurate technical advice to clients and stakeholders
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal KPIs
7. Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high service standards
About You
Essential Requirements:
8. Minimum 18 months’ experience handling pre-litigation personal injury claims
9. Strong understanding of EL/PL claims processes
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
11. High level of IT literacy and case management experience
12. Organised, methodical, and process-driven approach
13. Positive attitude with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Desirable:
14. Previous experience handling retail-related claims
15. Exposure to insurer or defendant legal environments
