Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom Design Consultant – Jewson Kirkwall, Grainshore Drive, Hatston Industrial Estate, Kirkwall, KW15 1GG, Orkney Islands, Scotland, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Manage the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and work towards showroom sales and profit targets.
* Maximise customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice.
* Place customer orders with suppliers and advise customers of anticipated delivery dates, schedule delivery dates to meet customer needs and arrange appropriate transport.
* Realise the full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly.
* Advise customers of trading terms and conditions and information relating to customer accounts as required.
* Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
* Support all company initiatives and follow plans to continuously improve customer experience.
* Coordinate sales promotions activities.
Desirable
* Previous experience in sales development.
* Selling experience within either retail or trade outlets, generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices.
* Relevant market and product knowledge.
Essential
* Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
* Demonstrable customer service focus.
* Able to create and maintain successful customer relationships.
