Overview
Were looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing clients based near the West Bromwich area.
In this role, youll play a key part in expanding client bases and driving sustainable business growth. Youll take ownership of identifying new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building long-term client relationships that deliver mutual success.
Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the companys portfolio.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Use CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate client records.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
* Work closely with marketing to develop persuasive proposals and impactful presentations.
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
* Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and client needs.
* Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer relationship management.
* Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, with a focus on actionable insights.
* Demonstrated success in negotiation and deal closure.
* Solid project management capabilities, from planning to completion.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
