About the role and practice
If you're a patient-focused Assistant Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than 2th Dental practice in Market Harborough.
* 34 hours per week available.
At 2th Dental, we are proud to offer a wide range of treatments and services. Whether you need a routine check-up, cosmetic dentistry, or dental implants, our experienced team is here to cater to your needs. We believe in delivering the highest standard of care and utilise the latest technology to ensure optimal results.
About You
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
* Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
* Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
* The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.
* Drive patient satisfaction and service quality and Engagement
* Manage the practice’s online presence (website, reviews, social media)
