Pyramid8 is recruiting for a Customer Care Officer to join an established specialist business in Boston Spa. They are a small team looking for an individual with strong administration skills who is seeking a long-term role.
The Customer Care role mainly involves dealing with existing clients, making and taking calls related to renewals, checking receipt of renewals, and handling some claims.
The role is varied and interesting. Full training is provided, and candidates should already possess excellent customer care skills, including listening and communicating politely and professionally.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, plus four Saturday mornings related to training. After full training, remote work is possible. Flexibility regarding hours can be discussed for the right candidate.
You will be welcomed into a friendly, professional team with staff having up to 20 years of service, most over 10 years. Salary reviews are conducted annually, with rewards including bonuses for exceeding expectations.
Duties include:
* Handling renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
* Providing quotations
* Dealing with customer queries and claims
* Client liaison via phone, email, and letters
* All aspects of administration
* Chasing documentation and resolving customer queries
* Updating information on in-house systems
