We're now looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead one of these flagship stores. The Role You'll oversee the full operation of a large-format store, driving income, delivering excellent customer experiences, and leading a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers. You'll create an inclusive culture, bring our brand to life, and ensure every visitor feels connected to Oxfam's mission to end poverty.
